Temple Sinai’s Library

As People of the Book, we have curated our library’s collection to support our love of life long learning. Our circulating collection includes a wide-ranging collection of children’s stories, novels, Jewish history and philosophy, Torah study, and Jewish practice. The library is located in the Weintraub Community Room in the Beit Midrash Corner, given in memory of Rose and Carl Thurer and Lilly and Sidney Lehrer.

The library is maintained by volunteers, with a self-checkout system. All temple members are encouraged to browse our collection.

The library is currenly being reorganized to make it even more accessible to our members. The volunteers are also working on a new adult study room and displays oriented to the seasons of the Jewish calendar.
