Jewish Poetry Salon

Join us for a reading and refreshments with three Jewish poets:

Jessica Jacobs

Jessica Jacobs is the founder of Yetzirah: A Hearth for Jewish poets. She will be reading from her new poetry collection, Unalone, inspired by the Book of Genesis. Jessica teaches poetry at the University of North Carolina, Asheville.

Deborah Leipziger

Born in Brazil, Deborah is an author, poet, and advisor in sustainability. She will read from her poetry collection, Story & Bone. Deborah is the founder of the New England Jewish Poetry Festival, now in its 15th year.

Eve Grubin.

Eve Grubin is a poet, essayist, and professor. She will be reading from her newest poetry book, Morning Prayer. Eve is a lecturer at NYU London and has been a Poet-in-Residence at the London School of Jewish Studies.
