| Education Committee
The Education Committee is an informal group of temple members that discusses all types of education issues. Our energetic education director, Heidi Smith Hyde, briefs us on her work and the work of her staff. We talk about the religious school, the youth groups and adult education. We review items that link us with other Temple committees, groups and initiatives. These include Mitzvah Day, social action projects and Friday night services. Our members are parents of young children and teenagers, as well as empty nesters and non-parents interested in education and related issues.
The Education Committee meets on the last Sunday of the month from 9:45 AM to 11:00 AM. Our schedule for the 2005 – 2006 school year is:
