Purim Shpiel 2007 It’s Show Time!

Temple Sinai presented its seventh annual Purim Shpiel on Saturday, March 3, 2007. A packed house enjoyed a rousing, song-and-dance-filled performance retelling the age-old story of Purim.  And we learned some new, little known facts about Purim. Did you know, for example, that cell phones were an integral part of life in ancient Shushan?

The audience of all ages waved their graggers at Haman and cheered for Esther and Mordechai. Every year at Purim, the Sinai Players sing and dance in Purim Shpiel. It's a rollicking evening of entertainment as Haman gets foiled once again. At the Purim Shpiel, we cheer the good guys, boo the bad guys, sing along, munch hamantaschen and meet the cast after the show.
