Temple Sinai in Brookline welcomes the public to join us for a talk by Rabbi Steve Greenberg at Erev Shabbat services on Friday, November 21 at 7:30 pm, celebrating and examining the experiences of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered Jews. Rabbi Greenberg is the first openly gay Orthodox rabbi.  He serves as the Scholar-in-Residence to Keshet, Boston’s GLBT support and education organization.  Rabbi Greenberg is the director of the diversity project at the Center for Learning and Leadership (CLAL) and is the author of Wrestling with God and Men, which won the prestigious Koret Book Award for Philosophy and Thought.  He was ordained as a rabbi at Yeshiva University.
