| 60th Anniversary Campaign
The 60th Anniversary Campaign for the Life of Temple Sinai was an unprecedented success. We embarked on the campaign with the goal of making much-needed capital improvements to our historic facility. The highest priority was to make our sanctuary and social hall (Ehrenfried Hall) handicapped-accessible. Because of the success of the campaign, we were able to install a lift that travels between ground level, the social hall, and the sanctuary. Other improvements resulting from the campaign included the installation of air conditioning and superior lighting in Ehrenfried Hall, and new carpeting and flooring in the school building. In addition, a system of room dividers was installed in Ehrenfried, allowing this large space to be sub-divided into smaller rooms for religious school classes, adult education, and other events. The 60th Anniversary Campaign showed the commitment of the Temple Sinai membership to the future of our congregation.
